Many Cedar Creek Innovations products may be manufactured, assembled, or customized based on customer needs. Custom orders, special orders, modified products, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm all specifications, measurements, layouts, drawings, options, and order details before approval.
Cedar Creek Innovations is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information, incorrect measurements, unsuitable installation, improper use, or changes requested after approval.
Shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cedar Creek Innovations does not guarantee delivery dates unless expressly agreed to in writing. Production times, freight schedules, carrier delays, weather, supply chain issues, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Risk of loss or damage may transfer to the customer once products are released to the carrier, depending on the shipping terms provided.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or freight concerns should be noted with the carrier and reported to Cedar Creek Innovations as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Cedar Creek Innovations is not responsible for installation, mounting, operation, maintenance, or final use of products after delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed and used safely, correctly, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, vehicle requirements, DOT requirements, safety standards, and manufacturer instructions.
Improper installation, modification, misuse, overloading, neglect, or failure to maintain products may void any applicable warranty and may create safety risks.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by Cedar Creek Innovations.
Custom products, special-order items, fabricated components, modified items, used products, and products damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, inspection, return shipping costs, and condition requirements.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use. This includes reviewing product specifications, weight ratings, fitment, installation requirements, safety requirements, and any legal or regulatory requirements.
Cedar Creek Innovations may provide recommendations or general guidance, but the final decision and responsibility for product selection, installation, and use remains with the customer.
All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics, logos, product names, designs, layouts, drawings, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Cedar Creek Innovations unless otherwise stated.
